Qi Gong (Chi
Kung)

Qigong is a series of easy
flowing movements that are created with the use of deep
breathing techniques. Qigong is very relaxing and relieves
tension. We teach several different forms of Qigong and all
classes are open for beginners.

Free Classes at Balboa Park
This class is
a FREE practice session offered every Saturday at 9am. The
class is open to anyone who would like to explore T'ai Chi
and the relaxing feeling that it can give to you.
Private Instruction Sessions
Private
instruction is available with Susan or any of the
instructors. Private instruction is the best way to
experience the full benefits of any of the Joyful Movements
taught at the studio. |
